How to use Shilajit:

i’ve been using this product for quite a while
now… not only do i quite enjoy the taste now which took a while but it has replaced my morning coffee. there is no doubt i feel more energised and i am reassured that it improves my other supplements so im happy with that .If im honest , im not sure on the entire benefits but its one of the supplements that really FELT good from my complete detox kit that i

I’ve been using this Shilajit for 5 weeks and never noticed any difference for a week or so, a few weeks later I noticed my appetite had decreased, suppressed sugar cravings, energy levels much better, lost 2kg in 4 weeks - I'm not a dieter ( don’t believe in it ) and my sleep is much better.
I take it in the mornings raw on an empty stomach.
I shall be sticking with this Shilajit.

This is an honest review of my experience so far using this Shilajit.
I have tried many forms of Shilajit over the last few years after hearing of its incredible health benefits but was left wondering what all the fuss was about! Then I found this one! It gives you a little natural lift in the morning without the need for coffee and my heart rate has dropped considerably since using it every day for the last several months! Simple & very effective 🙏🏼
It's not to bad once you get use to the taste. Before taking it I couldn't go to the loo. Maybe ones a week if I was lucky. I now go 2 to 3 times a week, so I'm over the moon with that. My moons are a lot better too. I'm not so unhappy all the time. So yes it's a very good product. Ty for your hard work
