Nigella and oregano are both popular in traditional herbal routines, particularly around seasonal wellbeing, digestion and respiratory comfort.

Nigella has been used for more than 2,000 years across Middle Eastern, Indian and North African traditions. It appears in ancient Greek and Roman writings and has also been valued in Ayurveda, Unani and traditional Islamic medicine, where it became known as Habbatul Barakah, meaning "seed of blessing."

Oregano has its own Mediterranean history. The name Origanum comes from the Greek words for "mountain" and "joy", and the herb has been used traditionally as both a culinary herb and botanical preparation. Traditional uses have included digestive and respiratory preparations, often as teas or tinctures.

Take 1–3 times daily, first thing in the morning, 20 minutes before food. Place directly on the tongue, or add to juice or hot tea.
