I am currently on day 18 of the 21 day detox, along with a mono juice fast recommended within this box, it has changed my life in just 18 days. Thankfully and gratefully I was able to start the detox at one of Deans amazing retreats which allowed me to see the power in myself to be able to achieve this (If you are able to don't hesitate and get there!) Along with the amazing knowledge, love and thought Dean has put into this. I had chronic fatigue, insomnia, in pain 24/7, a racing mind, very forgetful, severe anxiety, water infections every few days with awful stomach bloating, unable to walk at all of a morning due to awful pains, cramping and swelling in my legs. Unable to have any eye contact with anyone.
I am now PAIN free, sleeping FINALLY after many years of insomnia and night terrors. My moods are regulated, I have a VERY clear out look on life. No water infections from day 2! I've been using the tinctures for 6 days, 4 days with just grape juice and I'm not feeling hungry. My energy levels are definitely better and my pain with Fibromyalgia has decreased already. There is such great support throughout the detox within a group which has been great to share our experiences and also receive support and guidance along the way. Definitely worth doing to take your health back and connect with you body more.
